Free. No ads. No tracking. No tricks.
The app stores are full of “kids’” games stuffed with ads, pop-ups, manipulative pop-up purchases, and trackers — aimed squarely at children who can’t tell what’s a trap. I got tired of handing my own family apps I didn’t trust.
Quote Unquote Studios is a small answer to that: simple, beautiful apps that are genuinely free, never show ads, and never collect or sell anyone’s data — least of all a child’s. Just the fun part, nothing else.
I’m one person, not a studio with a team.
I care a lot about giving kids and parents apps they can trust, but a lot of what it takes to ship a polished, safe app — the deep platform plumbing, the App Store requirements, the privacy details — is outside my own expertise.
So I lean on modern AI tools to help me build carefully and correctly in the places I’m not an expert. That’s the whole idea here: using AI for good — in service of parents and kids — to make clean, ad-free apps that one person otherwise couldn’t. Every app is something I’d hand to my own family.
A cozy, relaxing color-by-number game. Color hand-picked pictures or turn your own photos into puzzles — at your own pace, with no ads and no pressure. Made for kids and grown-ups alike.
Available on the App Store.

Just Color by Number (“the app”) is a coloring game made for relaxed, offline play, and is designed to be safe and private for everyone, including children.
Nothing. The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking.
Your progress, settings, finished pictures, saved replays, and any photos you choose to import are stored only on your device in the app’s private storage. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else. Removing the app deletes this data.
If you import a photo to turn it into a color-by-number picture, that photo is processed entirely on your device. It is not uploaded anywhere.
When you choose to share a finished picture (for example, to challenge a friend), the app hands it to your device’s standard share sheet — what happens next is handled by you and the app you choose (Messages, Mail, etc.), not by us. Sharing, the only action that leaves the app, is placed behind a parental check (“ask a grown-up”) so a child cannot send content without an adult.
The app is suitable for all ages and is offered in Apple’s Kids category. It complies with applicable children’s privacy laws, including COPPA. Because the app collects no data whatsoever, it collects no data from children. There are no third-party advertisements, no third-party analytics, and no data sharing of any kind. Any action that leaves the app is placed behind a parental gate.
